Can I return items purchased during the Seasonal Sale?

At Rafy London, our Seasonal Sales offer exclusive access to our collections at exceptional value. Due to the high demand and limited nature of these pieces, all sale items are considered Final Sale. While we do not offer refunds on these items, we are pleased to provide Store Credit for any unsuitable sale pieces returned within our standard 14-day window.

What is the Rafy London return policy for regular orders?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Regular priced items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that a £10 processing and handling fee is deducted from all refunds to maintain our quality control and restocking standards.

How do I return a faulty or damaged item?

Each Rafy London piece undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a garment that is not up to our standard, please contact our Client Service Teamimmediately. We will prioritize your return and provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

To ensure our global logistics network remains efficient, orders are processed instantly upon confirmation. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify any details of your order once it has been placed. If you no longer require the items, please follow our standard return procedure once the package arrives.

How should I prepare my return?

To ensure your refund is processed, garments must be returned in pristine condition. We kindly ask that you take care when trying on items; pieces returned with scents (perfume, deodorant, or smoke) or cosmetic marks will not be accepted. All returns must be sent via post to our Central London Logistics Hub with the original return documentation included.
