I. DELIVERY & LOGISTICS

At Rafy London, we strive to ensure your pieces reach you with the efficiency and care that define our brand.

Order Fulfillment: Please allow a processing window of 3 to 5 business days for order dispatch. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via email once your order has been handed to our courier partners.

Express Delivery: Next-day delivery services are subject to stock availability and
regional cut-off times.

Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all domestic orders exceeding £100.

Order Integrity: To maintain our logistics standards, orders are processed immediately.

We are unable to amend shipping addresses or cancel orders once they have been
confirmed. Please ensure all details are accurate prior to finalising your purchase.

II. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We invite you to shop with confidence. Our returns process is designed to be as seamless as our designs. We offer three pathways for your return:

1. The Rafy 110% Boutique Credit (Recommended)

As a gesture of appreciation for our Rafy Ladies, we offer an enhanced return option. Opt for a Store Credit note and receive 110% of your original purchase price (excluding shipping).

Example: Return a £200 dress and receive a £220 digital gift card to use on any future collection. Rafy Credit never expires.

2. Seamless Exchange

If you require a different size or color, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all exchange orders to ensure you find your perfect fit.

3. Standard Refund
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please note that a standard £10 processing and handling fee per item will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover logistical costs.

Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original state. Items showing signs of wear, scent (perfume or smoke), or cosmetic marks will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Seasonal Sale & Promotional Events

During our designated Seasonal Sale periods, items are offered at exceptional value.

Change of Mind: For "Change of Mind" or "Suitability" reasons, sale items are final and are not eligible for a standard refund. We are, however, pleased to offer a Store Credit 

Note for such returns.

Statutory Rights: In accordance with UK Consumer Law, these restrictions do not affect your right to a refund or replacement should an item be proven faulty or misdescribed.

III. HOW TO RETURN

To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please follow these steps:

1. Enclose the original Returns Note stating the reason for your return.
2. Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit.
3. Affix the correct postage and send to our central logistics hub:
